I am a type-A, go-getter, goal-oriented person who loves people at times to a fault. When I invest, I am in for the long haul. People either adore me or hate my existence. I am a truth-speaker, whether the truth will hurt or not. I have tried my whole life to filter, and this attribute has been my downfall and blessing of my life.
I have made a profession of listening to others. Through this process, I have seen a need to reach teens that may not have the experience of individual counseling. My book is filled with coping skills for anxiety and depression wrapped in historical fiction.
